Group Guest Room Rate:
OTM has negotiated a discounted room rate of $179+tax (single/double occupancy)
for all conference attendees (taxes are currently at 15.2% and are subject to change).
The hotel will offer the group rate three days pre and post of the event dates.
Reservations may be made either by calling the reservation number listed above and
requesting the OTM group rate or on-line by visiting www.loewshotels.com/philadelphia. All individual reservations
must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night’s room deposit, or guaranteed
with a major credit card.
The reservation deadline is Friday, July 20, 2012. After this date, reservations
will be accepted at the prevailing room rate on a space available basis only.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations not cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival or no shows will be
billed the first night’s room rate.

Parking:
The Loews Philadelphia offers valet parking at $36.00 per day plus 20% tax. Rates
are subject to change.
Transportation Options:
Taxis are readily available by baggage claim. Standard fare is
$32.00 flat rate (not including gratuity) to/from hotel/airport (each way).
Lady Liberty Shuttle, which is also available by the baggage claim
area, offers one way transfers for $10.00 per person. For departure from the hotel
to the airport, it is suggested that guests call Lady Liberty shuttle to confirm
a pick up at the hotel, or arrange for the concierge/front desk/ doorman to make
the reservation and confirm pick up.
Travel from the Philadelphia International Airport:
- Reservations are not required for airport arrivals.
- Service is available from 5:30 AM until 12:00 midnight.
- Shuttles depart the PHL airport approximately every 10-15 minutes.
- Upon arrival, please proceed to the Ground Transportation Counter (located in Baggage
Claim) and register with the counter attendant (ticket number will be called when
van arrives).
- If there is no one at the counter, Dial 27 from the ground transportation counter
phones (in Baggage Claim) and inform dispatcher of destination and number in party
(please call after luggage is claimed).
- The shuttle employee will then escort you outside to your Lady Liberty Shuttle van.
- Lady Liberty Shuttles pick up outside baggage claim at ZONE 7.
Travel to the Philadelphia International Airport:
- Please call +1 215.724.8888 to make a reservation in advance.
- Recommended pick-up time is at least 2 to 2.5 hours before departure time for domestic
flights.
- Recommended pick-up time is at least 3 to 3.5 hours before departure time for international
flights.
