Who should attend the OTM Conference?

The Conference will feature educational sessions from OTM users as well as Oracle representatives. Current users or potential users will gain valuable insight into current applications and future upgrades.

 

What are the registration fees?

• Early registration (by June 29, 2012) - $695.00
• Regular registration (after June 29 through the conference) - $750.00

 

What meals are provided?
The registration fee includes various meals throughout the conference:

• Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks on Monday
• Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks on Tuesday
• Tuesday evening reception
• Breakfast, Lunch and AM Break on Wednesday

 

I need a receipt for reimbursement. Can I get my receipt?

When you register for the conference online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as a receipt online that includes a summary of your charges.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel your registration on or prior to June 29, 2012, there will be a $50.00 non-refundable administration fee. After June 29, 2012, no refunds will be given. Your cancellation must be submitted to otmsig@meetingexpectations.com.

 

Can I transfer my registration to a co-worker if I have registered but cannot attend?

Yes, please send an e-mail to otmsig@meetingexpectations.com with your confirmation number and the co-worker's name and contact information.

 

How do I make my hotel reservations?

A special discounted room rate of $179/per night, plus tax at the Loews Philadelphia has been established for the conference. To make your hotel reservation online, click here.

 

Is parking available at the Loews Hotel?

The Loews Philadelphia offers valet parking at $36.00 per day plus 20% tax. Rates are subject to change.

 

How far is the Philadelphia International Airport from the Loews Hotel?

The hotel is approx. 30-minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport.

 

What are the directions to the Loews Hotel?

I-95 from the North (Trenton, Betsy Ross Bridge):

• Follow 95 South to exit 22 (Central Philadelphia)
• Follow signs for 676 West
• Continue on 676 to the Broad Street exit
• Make first left onto Vine Street
• Follow Vine to third light (12th Street) and make a right
• Pass the Convention Center
• Cross Market Street
• Entrance and valet parking on right-hand side.

 

I-95 from the South (Delaware, Maryland, Philadelphia International Airport):

• Follow 95 South to exit 22 (Central Philadelphia)
• Follow signs for 676 West
• Continue on 676 to the Broad Street exit
• Continue onto 15th Street
• Follow 15th Street through seven traffic lights (City Hall on left)
• Continue around City Hall
• Make right onto Market Street
• Drive to 12th Street (Loews Hotel is on the right)
• Make right onto 12th Street
• Entrance and valet parking on right-hand side.

 

From the NJ turnpike (New York) and Ben Franklin Bridge (Cherry Hill, NJ):

• Follow New Jersey turnpike South to exit 4 (Camden/Philadelphia)
• Follow 73 North to 38 West to 30 West
• Follow signs for Ben Franklin Bridge
• Staying in center lane, follow signs for Vine Street/Local Traffic
• Follow Vine Street to 12th Street
• Turn Left onto 12th Street
• Continue approximately four blocks
• Pass Convention Center
• Cross Market Street
• Entrance and valet parking on right-hand side.

 

From 76 East:

• Follow 76 East to exit 344 (676 East)
• Continue on 676 to the Broad Street exit
• Follow signs for Vine Street/Local Traffic
• Continue on Vine to the third light (12th Street)
• Turn right onto 12th Street
• Pass Convention Center
• Cross Market Street
• Entrance and valet parking on right-hand side.

 

What transportation is available from the airport to the hotel?

Taxis are readily available by baggage claim. Standard fare is $32.00 flat rate (not including gratuity) to/from hotel/airport (each way).

 

Lady Liberty Shuttle , which is also available by the baggage claim area, offers one way transfers for $10.00 per person. For departure from the hotel to the airport, it is suggested that guests call Lady Liberty shuttle to confirm a pick up at the hotel, or arrange for the concierge/front desk/ doorman to make the reservation and confirm pick up.
